Abi is the key contact for a number of our customers and is responsible for managing their live services.
As the “voice of the customer”, she continually reviews and analyses customer accounts to identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
With over 8 years in dedicated service support roles at PSU, Abi's expertise covers our full range of services including IT, telecoms, connectivity and mobiles. In this specialist service delivery role, she works alongside our account managers to ensure our customers get the very best level of customer service and support.
Outside work, Abi is a lady of many interests – she loves penguins, horse racing and going to the gym!
