Having joined PSU in 2012, Steve specialises in service delivery and manages our Service Desk/ICT function.Stephen is also responsible for the provisioning of all management reports, KPIs and statistics relating to our Service Desk. In addition, Stephen works closely with our Technical Director, on the development and execution of service delivery strategy and the on-going enhancement of our operational systems and processes.
