Customer Complaints Procedure
You may submit a Customer Complaint to PSU Technology by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email you should describe what your issue is and why you would like to make a complaint. Please include relevant dates. PSU Technology will respond to this email within 1 working day.

Such is our commitment to customer care, that for your further protection, we are signed up to Ombudsman Services: Communications.
If you have an issue that we can't resolve, after 8 weeks you may contact Ombudsman Services: Communications, which provides free, independent redress.
What is the Ombudsman Services organisation?
The Ombudsman Services is a private company limited by guarantee that provides independent dispute resolution for the communications, energy, property and copyright licensing sectors.
A free of charge service to customers of companies' that have signed up with them, the Ombudsman Services can step in to help sort out issues that have not been resolved between a company and its customer within an initial eight week period.
Thanks to its entirely independent position, the Ombudsman Services can come to decisions based purely on the facts and will never take sides. In addition, as its services are totally free of charge, it offers an effective alternative to the courts.
The Ombudsman Services operates under the British and Irish Ombudsman Association (BIOA) principles of best practice governance.
