We’ve been chosen once again for the Best Customer Service category at the 2015 Comms National Awards.
This is now our fourth CNA finals appearance in a row, reflecting our dedication to delivering quality in everything we do.
This commitment is evident throughout all areas of our business. It’s reflected in the way we continually improve our internal processes and through the passion and expertise of our service desk, engineering and account management teams.
Having implemented ITIL and BSI best practice frameworks across all areas of our business, the past year has seen further successes that have strengthened the quality of our service delivery. More of our Service Desk team have passed ITIL exams. We renewed our ISO 9001:2008 certification for another three years, having continuously held a BSI accreditation status for over 2 decades.
We continue to receive great comment about the quality of our service. This is evident in the ongoing feedback from our customers. Using the industry standard NetPromoter Score, we’ve achieved an average score of +78 over the last 12 months, which is higher than many well known brands. It highlights just how strongly our customers rate our service and how likely they would be to recommend us to other companies.
