There’s been a charitable trend to 2019’s survey prize winners so far. Our first quarterly winner, Rapidrop’s Kevin Wheeler, has donated his iPad prize to a staff raffle to raise money for charity.
Essex & Herts Air Ambulance have also benefited, with David Ardley of Ringway Jacobs choosing a charity donation as his prize.
Other prize winners include staff from recruitment company Travail, and Square One Signs & Graphics – congratulations all.
In many ways, everyone who’s completed our feedback surveys is a winner – thanks to your feedback, we’ve recently made improvements to how we manage and monitor our service tickets, in order to reduce our MTTR (mean time to repair), which should see all customers benefit.
