Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we use the feedback we receive to measure and improve every aspect of what we do.
We are proud of our excellent Customer Satisfaction results but are always looking to improve. It's why we ask all customers who contact our Service Desk to complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey that they receive when their issue has been resolved. And we thank them by entering them into prize draws.
Some of the lucky winners this year have included Mark Nelson at Glazpart Group (left) and Tara Lochery at Subfero (right).
As a customer support business themselves, Subfero appreciate the hard work we do to make sure their PCs are kept up to date and secure. With over 150 staff, Subfero operate as Microsoft’s global English language SME business support for Office 365.
Tara, Subfero’s Head of HR & Development, has consistently awarded us 10 out of 10 for how we've dealt with tickets, the speed at which we've resolved them, and the overall service when she’s needed support. Account Manager Nick Wilkinson dropped off her prize whilst out on a regular review meeting.
Mark Nelson, Finance Director at Glazpart Group has also reviewed our service positively, with comments on surveys including “Very efficiently dealt with and good communication throughout” and “Excellent response & resolve. Engineer was both efficient & courteous.”
With Glazpart leading the way in the design and manufacture of plastic glazing accessories for the fenestration industry, the reliability of their telephone system is vital to keep in touch with their clients. We provide them with a number of different services such as their connectivity (ethernet and backup FTTC) and IT backup.
Account Manager Colin Goulding visited Mark to present his prize.
Other winners receiving prizes this year have included employees at Rudolph and Hellman Automotive, Attivo, KPI Bridge Oil, Palace International, Albemarle Booking Agency, Ringway Jacobs, British Autogard, Unite Integrated Solutions PLC, The Hurlingham Club and charity, Saltbox.
