Our Project Management Office (PMO) continues to expand with the addition of a new PMO Project Co-ordinator, Rebecca Steele.
The department which was established to provide enhanced structure and control to internal processes has greatly improved our co-ordination and alignment of resources, helping us to manage a growing volume of contracts whose requirements are becoming increasingly complex.
Since its launch earlier in the year, the number of projects handled by our PMO has doubled in just five months and further improved the speed and efficiency with which they are delivered.
While our PMO is chiefly responsible for co-ordinating all IT related projects, the success we are having is reflective of the support and commitment of the whole business.
