As part of our continuous improvement methodology, we're updating some of our systems and our ticket emails have changed with the update.
You'll probably notice a change in the design of the tickets but there's also a slight change to when you receive them.
You'll continue to receive an email notifications when we open a ticket for you and one when we close it. To keep you more informed, you'll also now receive an email when we assign an engineer to start work on your issue.
These are only the first of many improvements planned for 2019.
