We’ve spread the Christmas cheer this month by surprising our quarterly prize draw winners. Each randomly selected winner received a Google Nest Hub Max ready to enjoy in time for Christmas
We pride ourselves on our high quality service, so customer feedback is a hugely important factor in ensuring we maintain this.
Each time a service ticket is closed, we send out a feedback survey to check how our customers found the experience. Each completed survey then gets entered into a monthly and quarterly prize draw.
Our first winner was from Corporate Solutions Logistics. The customer was very happy with the service they received from our teams, and highlighted great service from Telco Engineer Scott and Account Manager Yasmin in response to their ticket.
