As you will be aware, the coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing disruption across the globe. As part of our service delivery we need to ensure we are as prepared as possible with regards to our commitment to our customers.
PSU has well-established contingency plans in place, and we have adopted additional measures to contain and delay any impact of the virus on our staff and business.
Our Risk Management Plan document is available on request, and we have published below a self-assessment based on the Cabinet Office's Pandemic Influenza Checklist for Businesses.
We have established policies for homeworking and our business systems are engineered to enable this for the majority of roles. We are using this to help maintain business as usual. Obviously, we are monitoring the situation as the virus progresses.
