So Unite’s Senior IT Support Analyst, Shaun Hawkings, winning some new technology (a new iPad) in our Quarterly Prize Draw was apt.
He completed and left feedback in PSU’s Customer Satisfaction Survey, having been delighted with the quality of service he’d received.
Unite is the UK’s largest manager and developer of purpose-built student accommodation. It’s continually developing its technology infrastructure to improve efficiency and competitiveness. Its latest initiative, a self-service online portal, allows customers to view, book & pay for accommodation online and help keep staff up to date with company news & employee benefits.
With expanding usage of these services and growing email traffic, the firm needed a faster, more reliable internet connection. And as they were already receiving outstanding support from PSU for their Calls & Lines, they naturally turned to us.
