PSU was delighted to present the ‘Customer Service Excellence Award’ to the winners at this year’s Meridian Annual Conference and Awards Dinner, an event which we also supported through sponsorship.
The Customer Service Excellence Award was given to those employees that demonstrated the highest levels of customer service, going above and beyond what is usually expected.
Customer service is an issue really close to our heart, having been nationally recognised for our own service levels. It was therefore a real privilege for us to present this award category. The awards dinner was hosted at the Crowne Plaza Heythrop Park Hotel and Spa in Oxfordshire on Saturday, 7th February, to honour outstanding individual and team performances throughout Meridian’s business.
PSU has been looking after Meridian’s ICT infrastructure for a number of years and has more recently been supporting them with a hosted cloud computing solution.
