What will you be doing?

In this exciting role, you will work in our Customer Services Team, taking responsibility for provisioning of services and actioning orders. You will liaise with the sales team, customers and suppliers ensuring that all orders are placed and executed impeccably, until the project is complete.

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Provisioning of services including voice (VoIP), WLR, SIP, Mobiles, Ethernet, Leased Lines, Broadband and MPLS
  • Timely processing of customer orders, managing them through to completion
  • Maintaining accurate updates on customer order status, updating shared internal systems and supplier portals as necessary
  • Managing customer expectations through regular reporting and communication
  • To liaise, co-ordinate and maintain relationships with carriers and suppliers where required
  • Responding to customer and supplier queries with comprehensive and accurate answers
  • Efficiently processing line terminations / transfer away requests
  • Creating documentation and processes that enable efficiency in job related tasks
  • Escalation of issues to management as required
  • To undertake any other duties deemed by management
  • To maintain job related training as required by management

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience of delivering / provisioning Telecoms services via third party providers (BT, Virgin, Openreach, TalkTalk, Gamma etc.)
  • Understanding of Voice and Data Network Services (MPLS, VPLS, Ethernet, Circuits, Leased Lines, DSL, SIP Trunking, PSTN etc.)
