Nigel provides expert leadership to PSU, and is responsible for the strategic direction of the business.
Nigel was instrumental in the 2003 management buyout of PSU, bringing to the Executive Team significant engineering experience from previous roles as a Senior Network Engineer.
Accredited to the highest ITIL level as an ITIL Expert, Nigel also oversees the frameworks and processes we use. ITIL (the IT Infrastructure Library) is one of the most widely established approaches to IT Service Management, which we use alongside ISO 9001:2008 best practices as audited by the BSI. Nigel ensures we always deliver quality service, by measuring and improving every aspect of what we do.
Additionally, Nigel manages two of our key customer accounts EDF Energy and The Crown Office & Procurator Fiscal.
He can often be found travelling the breadth of the UK with his love of motorcycles.
Only 35% of UK companies have successfully completed the 2015 standard so far, so this is a particularly proud achievement for us. We're delighted that our Quality Policy Statement and level of customer service were highlighted as particular strengths.
