From planning, design and build to final testing and implementation, our PMO team’s expertise is crucial. They ensure we always have the right processes and controls in place to consistently deliver solutions on time and to specification.
The team’s experience is vital in helping us to identify the best solution design and the correct mix of skills, resources, methodologies and mechanisms to successfully architect and deliver it. This includes following stringent best practice guidelines like Prince2 and using the most innovative project management tools on every contract. The team also monitors ongoing milestones, regularly updating customers and making any necessary improvements to keep projects on track and in line with their original objectives.
